How to make aloo poha?
- Add enough oil in frying pan for deep frying.
- Add the required quantity of salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and a bit of citric acid.
- Put the aloo in a metal sieve and dip it in the oil to deep fry.
- Put the poha in a metal sieve and dip it in the hot oil to deep fry.
- To make more poha, repeat the process.
- Mix all the above well.
