Ingredients:
- Coriander, Chilli, Cassia Leaf, Cumin, Dried Mango, garlic,black pepper, turmeric, Dried Ginger, Cassia Bark (tai),black cardamom, green cardamom, Clove, Fenugreek, lodized salt, star anise, Fennel and Citric Acid.
How to use
- Slice 300g paneer (cottage cheese ) into small pieces.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil/ghee,add paste of 3 onions, and fry till golden. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree/paste. Stir-fry for 5 min.
- Stri in 1 tbsp Everest Shahi paneer masala. Add 2 tsp magaz paste. 2 tsp cashew paste, 40ml fresh cream, and salt. Boil with 1 1/2 cups hot water. Add paneer slices.simmer till done.
- Garnish with Everest kasuri Methi leaves and a dash of fresh cream.serve steaming hot.
